  This drama depicts the importance of non-violance and welfare for Raj-dharma. The events are from the early life of Emperor Ashok which led to change of his attitude from violence to non-violence. who plans to attack the kingdom of Kaling. The victory leads to the slaughter of innumerable innocent people and heavy destruction. Ashok repents and vows not to fight again. He embraces Buddhism and devotes rest of his life to the welfare of mankind and other worldly beings.
