BAHADUR SHAH(1964)
  A drama depicting the mutiny of 1857 and the crumbling of the Mughal Empire with the saga of Bahadur Shah Zafar.During the stormy days of 1857 Bahadurshah II, aged 82 was the Mughal king of Dehli. He was only king by name and lived on the pension of English Company. The real rulers were the company officials. Delhi was the center of all the rebels who swelled to seventy thousand in numbers whereas the English soldiers were merely 3000. When the Brigadier Nicholson arrived, the English army collected courage for a heavy assault. The rebels were crushed; Bahadurshah was captured and later on deported to Rangoon where he breathed his last seven years later.
